Nei's love for nail care began at the tender age of two when her godmother introduced her to a variety of nail polish shades during their time in the Mediterranean. She often sought out her mother's nail polish collection, creating memorable moments. One particularly unforgettable incident involved her accidentally coating their hardwood floors. While she was in tears, her mother recognized her daughter's interest in grooming and continued to support her, laying the foundation for Nei’s lifelong commitment to beauty and self-care.

As a young girl, Nei often visited nail salons and spas. It became a cherished ritual; her father would take her three times a week for manicures and pedicures. She became so accustomed to the salon and spa environment that her father, a military inspector, would pretend to be part of the state board. Although he had concerns about sanitation in salons and spas, he always supported his daughter’s dream of owning her own business.

Initially, Nei earned her degree and pursued a career in healthcare, acquiring valuable experience in podiatry and orthopedics. However, her desire to become a manicurist lingered throughout her adult years. With her parents' support, she eventually decided to choose a career that she valued while ensuring financial stability.

In 2021, Nei took a significant step towards her dream by enrolling in beauty college. After completing her studies, she received her license. However, as she considered her career options, she faced multiple barriers and life-changing experiences. Despite several attempts to find a niche in healthcare, her heart consistently returned to her true calling.

In 2024, while experiencing significant burnout, Nei made the important decision to commit solely to her career in manicuring. She began working with designers to create her website and logo. In addition, she enrolled in nail courses and gradually built her clientele. Now, as a luxury manicurist, she has carved out a niche for herself by offering luxury structured manicures and pedicures. These services set her apart from traditional salons and spas, providing a luxurious experience for all her clients.

Today, Nei reflects on her journey with profound happiness. She expresses daily gratitude to God for her blessings, believing she would be lost without His guidance. Furthermore, she extends her appreciation to both her parents and godparents for their unwavering support of her dreams. She shares how becoming a manicurist has changed her life.
